AIM: IO port controls the first MOS on-off to realize whether the second MOS gate has 15V and then controls the fast on-off of the second MOS.

Problem 1: as shown in Figure 1, the first MOS transistor g plus IO port, this MOS transistor VGS (th-RRB- is 0.451Vo MCU IOu IO port can conduct. After the first MOS transistor is turned on, the second MOS transistor is not turned on. The first MOS transistor is not on the second conduction, question: after the second conduction because there is no grounding, the source D and drain s voltage is equal to vin greater than 15V, this time VGS & LT; 0, is not on. When it is turned on, the D and s voltage are equal to maintain the on state.

Problem 2: as shown in Figure 2, the main shunt resistor position is changed, the first MOS transistor is not working, the second is not working, this is the effect I want to achieve, question: after the conduction of s voltage to about 15 V, VGS & LT; 0, is this another deadline?
